This makes every piece unique and is not considered a defect.

3. Prices

All prices are shown in INR unless mentioned otherwise.

Prices can change at any time without notice.

4. Orders

Once you place an order, you will receive confirmation.

We may cancel an order if:

  • Incorrect pricing was shown by mistake

  • Fraud or misuse is suspected

If payment was already made, a refund will be issued.

Because our products are handmade:

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged, broken, or wrong items (unless stated otherwise).

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

  • After review, we may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit.

Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned or refunded.

Ceramic products should be handled carefully.

Please follow care instructions shared on the product page.

We are not responsible for damage caused after delivery due to accidental drops, misuse, or improper care.
