  • Ready-to-ship items are usually packed and dispatched within 5-7 business days.

  • Handmade or made-to-order items may take longer. The estimated timeline will be shared on the product page or during checkout.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to PAN India.
Please check at checkout to see if delivery is available in your area.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are already included in the product prices.

  • No extra shipping fee will be charged at checkout unless clearly mentioned otherwise.

  • Special charges may apply for urgent delivery, remote locations, or custom bulk orders (if applicable).

4. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier partner.

Typical delivery times within India: 5–7 business days

We aim to reduce unnecessary waste while keeping your products secure during transit.

7. Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address and contact details are correct before placing your order.
We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or extra charges caused by incorrect details provided by the customer.

8. Damaged Package on Arrival

  • If your order arrives damaged:

  • Please take clear photos of the package and product.

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We will review the issue and help with a replacement, refund, or suitable solution.

9. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order is delayed or appears lost, please contact us. We will do our best to assist you and coordinate with the courier partner.
