1. Returns

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged item

  • You received the wrong item

  • Your order is incomplete or missing items

Returns are not accepted for change of mind, minor handmade variations, or slight differences in color, glaze, texture, or size.

2. Reporting an Issue

If there is any problem with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please share:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

  • A short description of the issue

3. Refunds / Replacements

After reviewing your request, we may offer one of the following:

  • Replacement of the product

  • Full refund

  • Partial refund

  • Store credit

The solution will depend on the issue and product availability.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Used items

  • Items damaged after delivery due to misuse or accidental drops

  • Sale or clearance items (unless damaged or incorrect)

5. Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within [3–5 business days, depending on your payment provider or bank.

6. Shipping Costs for Returns

If the return is due to our mistake or damage during transit, we will guide you on the next steps and applicable costs.
