Shilika Cup - Set of 2

Inspired by quiet mountain landscapes, this handmade cup features a blend of carving and glaze that celebrates the beauty of the outdoors.
The lower half is decorated using the sgraffito technique, where mountain ranges and tiny pine trees are carefully carved through a layer of rust-coloured slip to reveal the clay beneath. The upper half is finished in a soft sage green glaze, creating a gentle contrast between the earthy carved landscape and the smooth glazed surface. The interior is coated with a clear glaze for comfortable everyday use.
Wheel-thrown and fired in an electric kiln, designed for slow mornings and mindful moments, this handleless cup brings the warmth of both the beverage and the clay to your hands.
Please note that the cup may become warm when filled with hot drinks.
